What actually happens during the Safety Survey?
A Gas Safe engineer arrives at the time you booked, checks your boiler across twelve points, sweeps the house for hidden leaks, tests your water pressure, then walks you through what they found.
How long does it take?
Around 45 minutes on site. Longer if your setup is unusual, but we'll tell you upfront if that's the case.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no catch, nothing to buy. You keep the written report either way.
What do I get at the end?
A written report with your name and your boiler's details on it. What's sound, what to keep an eye on, and anything that needs attention.
Do I have to book any work afterwards?
No. If your boiler's got years left in it, we'll say so, and you'll never hear from us again unless you want us back.
